Mountain States Eventing Association Awards

MSEA Riding Awards will be determined by averaging each contender’s lowest three scores, not placings. After ranking those with three or more scores, those with two scores will be ranked if necessary then those with one score will be ranked. To encourage riding in FEI or Three-Day Events, those scores will be adjusted before being averaged. 1) FEI dressage penalties shall be divided by 1.5, reducing the total score. 2) National 3D Event Cross Country penalties shall be divided by 2, allowing for the extra penalties on Phases A, B and C.
